Colorful, healthy, easy-to-make and simply delicious, these skewers feature steak and bell pepper pieces, onions and cauliflower, all grilled together and flavors enhanced by squeezes of lemon and lime.

● 1/2 red bell pepper
● 1/2 orange bell pepper
● 1/2 green bell pepper
● 1/2 head of cauliflower
● 1/2 yellow onion
● 1 pound boneless round steak
● 8 wooden skewers
● 1 tablespoon olive oil
● Salt and pepper, to taste
● 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
● 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Slice red, orange and green bell pepper halves into large bite-sized pieces. Cut
cauliflower head into large florets and cut onion into large pieces, keeping several layers
