Yummy Low Carb Asian Style Omelette Breakfast

Try this yummy low carb Asian style omelette for breakfast today.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 5 Shiitake Mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions:

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat
  • In a bowl, crack 1 egg with yolk and 2 eggs without the yolk, and whisk together with black pepper
  • Saute the mushrooms and green onions for about 30 seconds
  • Pour the eggs into the skillet
  • While the egg is cooking, lif the edges with a spatula to allow the uncooked egg to flow under the cooked edges
  • Place onions and mushrooms in the pan and fold the egg mixture in half to form the omelet
  • Serve immediately
