Out of all the diet plans I have tried (too many to list), this one ACTUALLY WORKS!!! As long as you follow the plan, there is no reason why you can not loose 5-15 pounds your first week! Not only will you loose weight, you will loose inches, gain a tremendous amount of energy and you learn to actually eat right. My first week I lost 8.7 pounds, had a lot of energy and was able to get rid of my chronic heartburn and bloat. This made me realize, this is more then a diet that works, but also improved my health and eating habits. This is not a chemical diet plan, this is a healthy diet plan.
